Lucie LIABEUF
Lucie Liabeuf’s pieces establish links between
between photography and spaces designed and
and dedicated to specific scenarios; whether it be
constructions dedicated to mass leisure,
infrastructure and utilitarian architecture, or institutional
institutional and museum spaces.
By working on the image, but also
the hanging, the setting in space and the installation,
Lucie Liabeuf develops her research on the
model of an experimental agency or a
design office. Her proposals reveal or
or parody the dysfunctions and discrepancies
which occur in the implementation of the
programmes and utopias of architecture and
urbanism.
Today, Lucie Liabeuf is in charge of production at the BAL, Paris.
